53. Keeping a Secret -inks-

I... have outdone myself.
Really.
the sketch... took three days to finish.. 5 days to brainstorm.. and the inks took all day today.. D8 *brain esplodes all over the place* The lace and flowers? ... all hand-drawn. *dies repeatedly*
-But I'm Happy with the outcome. And I actually had a lot of fun inking this picture. I think, because, I love these two so much and I love this picture so much, that I didn't want to stop working on it.

These are characters that belong to me and The girl's name is Antonia (a.k.a. Tony or 'Popo'), and the Male *who looks disturbingly, too much like Raito from Death Note, I apologize* is Jan, whom is.. a homosexual vampire turning bi by the day.. or so me, ana, nicky, spork, mooka, claw, and like.. everyone else within our rolepay circle hope D8 Popo deserves a man who will treat her with respect, cause... her ex-fiance was a mega-douche.. seriously, I don't even want to get into it, and while Jan has his moments of dushy-like behavior, when he starts commenting on men that he thinks are attractive, she has concluded that, because he always tries to fix something when he's screwed up, that he is worth the battle, and truly thinks that she can find love, and also, show him love, which he claims to have never known She has already made his life a little bit happier by teaching him to live in the present, and not in the past, to let go of what has happened and what could have happened, and to make the best of what life has given him despite the circumstances. Popo has some major issues of her own, but they are buried so deep behind layers and layers of masks, that it takes a lot for them to surface, unless the right button is pushed.

We have been roleplaying these two now for about... *ponders*about 2 or 3 months now, and despite the fact that they see each other quite often because her sister and his best friend are married, and are proud parents of a Rabbit, whose name is ever changing because neither can remember what they originally named it, that hatched out of an egg on easter Sunday, they still can't remember each others' names. She calls him Goldilocks, and he calls her... whatever he can think of off the top of his head. Usually, it's Satine (which I swear, is a homonym for 'Satan', because sometimes, Tony can be the spawn of the devil). Umm.. Jan here, woke up a little while ago, after burying himself during the Victorian period. Waking up to this strange world was a serious case of culture-shock to him, and Popo only made it worse by taking him on the most frightening street race of his life, and furthermore, made him cut his amazingly long hair and go shopping for new clothes, because she couldn't go anywhere with him without someone stopping and asking him which way the Renaissance Faire was. lol

I finally started playing around with using different pen sizes in the picture after I had already done their faces. Wish I would have experimented before, their hair and eyes could have looked a little softer, but I'm SO PLEASED with the inking of her dress. My GOD I am pleased..
This WILL be colored.. eventually. After I get a few more pictures drawn, and a couple commissions done. Trying to get myself back into shape before I start doing art for my watchers again. I want to be able to do my best work for ya'll and not half-ass it like I've been doing for a while now D:

*Edit*: I played around with the filters and whatnot in photoshop a little bit and was able to make the inking look a little more subtle, so it is more pleasing to the eye.
